About the job
-You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to corporate clients and owners. Everything you do is geared towards the best customer experience possible. 
-You will need to be comfortable with independent working, as well as working within a team.
-Driven and motivated to learn all required safety, first aid, and service procedures.
-Understanding that procedures are standardized, you’ll be expected to follow these.
-A confident communicator, you’ll demonstrate emotional intelligence, flexing your style to engage customers and colleagues whilst representing the ACS brand.
-You will be comfortable making decisions that impact the service and the operation.
-Work with cabin crew manager and base managers on maintaining a good stock level and control.
-Maintain a network that supports resourcing catering or ground teams such as FBOs and cleaning teams.
-Involvement with the creation of packing plans, catering changes, and procedural rollout.
-Flexibility and resourcefulness are key features they need from you.
-You’ll work to quickly form relationships, establishing rapport with a diverse range of colleagues, both in the air and on the ground.
-Committed, hardworking and reliable, you’ll understand how your contribution enables the delivery of team results.
-Experience in thinking on your feet and taking control of situations in order to adapt to changing situations.
-Being a role model in uniform standards, customer interaction, and innovation.
-Flexible to work a varied shift pattern for an airline that operates 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
