VistaJet is excited to announce that they are hiring and expanding their Cabin flying team.
You will work onboard one of their modern and luxurious private jets, placing a dedicated focus on the customer’s comfort during their entire experience. Ultimately creating a unique home away from home experience, which the customers have come to love.
As a brand ambassador, you will understand that every flight is special and planned down to the finest of details. You will take care of every aspect of the customer’s experience to ensure they enjoy a tailored and unparalleled service. You will be proud to wear the VistaJet uniform and as an ambassador, always represent the brand to the highest of standards, across the globe.

Role overview
-You will always provide the highest standards of safety and comfort.
-You will be solely responsible for the entire cabin experience focusing on inflight service and cabin presentation.
-You will be supported by their global teams who will ensure you have all the support you need behind the scenes to create a unique tailored experience; from the moment your customers arrive.
-You will work for 17 days on and have 13 days off, this pattern of working is protected by their teams to ensure stability for you, although at times a degree of flexibility may be required.
-The fluidity of this role is what makes it exciting and unique to the world of VistaJet, essentially every day will be a new adventure.
-You will be asked to choose a preferred base from their extensive list, this gives you flexibility and of course stability in calling your base, home. You will proceed from this base on day 1 and return on day 17.
In addition to the above, you will be supported by their experienced Cabin Management team, in both performance and development, and they will be available to you 365 days a year.
Industry-leading training
Their incredible trainers will build on your current service skills and expertise by enrolling you in their intensive 2-week training academy in Malta. This will incorporate and enhance your skills, which will have been demonstrated by you at one of their Cabin Assessment days.
You will receive medical and safety training, so you are fully prepared to always ensure the client’s safety and comfort.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- You are truly passionate about delivering exceptional service, taking care of every detail, and making all customer’s experience unique
- You are warm, friendly, and approachable at all times
- You have high levels of spoken and written English language skills
- You have proven experience and confidence, in working with high-net-worth individuals whilst in a luxury hospitality environment
- You will be an EU, Swiss, or UK passport holder, with the legal right to live and work in the EU, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom
- They will ask you to obtain a second passport from your home country for operational purposes
- Please note: second passports from your country are generally extremely common and we will check and support you with this at the video interview stage prior to attending any assessment
